At Laursen Veterinary Service, we are working hard to make sure that we are not only providing quality medical care for your pets, but also doing it safely. We will make every effort to comply with the requirements issued by the CDC, Health Department and MiOSHA.
At this time, we are asking that you please follow the posted signs facing the parking lot and the telephone prompts when you call our office. If you text or call to let us know you are here for an appointment, a receptionist will ask you a few questions. These questions typically include the spot you are parked in, what the best contact number for reaching you is, and if you would prefer curbside service or coming into the building. Please wait until you are called or waved in by a team member before entering the lobby. This also applies to prescription medication and food pick-ups.
We have a number of tools available that will help us communicate with you including this website where you can access our online store. Our other means of communication include the Pet ProConnect app, and of course telephone and texting via our main number.
Please be patient as we are making decisions that are in the best interest of our staff, our patients, and our clients. We are grateful for each and every one of you – we love your pets and we are striving to make sure that your experience with us is a good one.
